Short Calls: no more than 15% of answered calls with 15 seconds (or less) duration.
All other types of voice traffic are considered as non-conforming and subject to the surcharge according to Anveo Direct Terms of Use. Here is now the surcharge is calculated per TOS (assuming customer is calling US only); if ASR for outgoing calls is less than 60% then all unanswered calls are subject to the surcharge. if short calls exceed 15% then all short calls are subject to the surcharge. If customer is sending outbound calls that have both, low ASR and short calls over 15% then the surcharge applies to all unanswered calls and all short calls.
